Ingredients:
Dehydrated potatoes, potato starch, salt, antioxidant (sodium metabisulfite), turmeric, colouring (riboflavin), spices. May contain traces of wheat, milk, egg and celery.
Preparation:
- Pour the contents of the bag into 0.75 L (750 mL) of cold water and whisk thoroughly to combine.
- Let the mixture rest and swell for 10 minutes.
- Using moistened hands, form approximately 12 dumplings, each weighing around 88 g. If desired, place toasted white bread cubes in the center of each dumpling.
- Add the dumplings to a pot of boiling, lightly salted water and briefly bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and let the dumplings simmer in an open saucepan for 20 minutes over low heat.

About Australia wide Deliveries: All our products are shipped from our facilities in NSW, Australia. We use a range of carriers, depending on your location and date of order (mainly Australia Post, Couriers Please and Aramex).
-Australia Post and Aramex make one attempt to deliver the parcel. If you are not at home and the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, then you can pick up the parcel from a collection point (your nearest Post office or Aramex local designated collection point).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES:
Apart from Australia, we only ship orders to New Zealand and the United States. International shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout and it depends on weight, volume and destination.
