Erasco Lentil Stew with Vegetables is a hearty German ready meal packed with 35% cooked lentils, potatoes and carrots, simmered in a well-seasoned broth with tomato paste, mustard and a splash of wine brandy vinegar for a robust, warming flavour. Entirely plant based, it delivers the satisfying character of a traditional German lentil stew with no compromise on taste.
Serving Suggestions: Serve piping hot as a standalone meal with crusty rye bread or a bread roll on the side. It also works well as a base for a more substantial dish with a soft boiled egg or a drizzle of good quality olive oil stirred through before serving.

Ingredients: Water, cooked lentils (35%), potatoes (8.6%), carrots (7.4%), modified starch, salt, mustard (water, mustard seeds, brandy vinegar, salt, spices, natural flavour), rapeseed oil, tomato paste, sugar, yeast extract, wine brandy vinegar, parsley, dextrose, colouring paprika extract, acidifier: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, thickener: guar gum, smoke flavouring.
May contain traces of wheat (gluten), milk, celery, soy and egg.

Gourmet World Foods uses Australia Post, Couriers Please and Aramex delivery service. The minimum shipping cost for a standard delivery service is $10.60. The average shipping cost for a Large Parcel Box is $20.05. The exact cost depends on the order destination as well as its weight and volume. The shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout and the different costs per service options are also shown at checkout to be selected before payment (Standard or Express Service).
About Australia wide Deliveries: All our products are shipped from our facilities in NSW, Australia. We use a range of carriers, depending on your location and date of order (mainly Australia Post, Couriers Please and Aramex).
-Australia Post and Aramex make one attempt to deliver the parcel. If you are not at home and the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, then you can pick up the parcel from a collection point (your nearest Post office or Aramex local designated collection point).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES:
Apart from Australia, we only ship orders to New Zealand and the United States. International shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout and it depends on weight, volume and destination.
