Gut & Günstig Potato Dumplings Half & Half in Cooking Bag are individually portioned, ready to cook German Knödel made from 92% potato products in the classic half and half style. Pre-formed and conveniently packed in individual cooking bags, they deliver the same soft, fluffy texture and delicate potato flavour of a traditional homemade dumpling with minimal preparation.
Serving Suggestions: Serve alongside roast pork, beef roulades, braised venison or duck with rich gravies and red cabbage. They pair equally well with a creamy mushroom sauce or as a hearty side to a traditional Bavarian roast.

Preparation: Place the desired number of dumplings into sufficient cold salted water, ensuring they are fully covered. Bring to the boil and cook for 1 minute, then simmer with the lid off over low heat for 15 minutes. Briefly rinse in cold water before serving. Each cooking bag can be torn open at the tab before serving.
Ingredients: Potato products 92% (potatoes, potato starch), iodised salt (salt, potassium iodate), modified potato starch, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, palm fat, natural flavour, acidifier: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbyl palmitate, sodium metabisulphite, colour: riboflavins, turmeric.
May contain traces of gluten and egg. Contains sulphites.

About Australia wide Deliveries: All our products are shipped from our facilities in NSW, Australia. We use a range of carriers, depending on your location and date of order (mainly Australia Post, Couriers Please and Aramex).
-Australia Post and Aramex make one attempt to deliver the parcel. If you are not at home and the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, then you can pick up the parcel from a collection point (your nearest Post office or Aramex local designated collection point).
