Szegedi Paprika Duck Foie Gras Pieces in Duck Fat is a premium Hungarian delicacy made with selected fattened duck liver pieces preserved in duck fat. Rich, silky and full of traditional Hungarian character, it is a refined product for special appetisers, festive tables, gourmet hampers and elegant European style serving.
Unlike a pâté, this product contains whole liver pieces surrounded by duck fat, giving it a more luxurious texture and a stronger foie gras presence on the plate. Serve well chilled and slice carefully for a classic delicatessen style presentation.
Serving Suggestions: Serve chilled with toasted brioche, crusty bread, rye toast or fine crackers, and pair with cornichons, pickled onions, fig jam, quince paste, redcurrant jelly or a small green salad. For a more elegant platter, add fresh herbs, cracked pepper, fruit preserves and a glass of sweet wine or sparkling wine.

The average shipping cost for a Large Parcel Box is $20.05. The exact cost depends on the order destination as well as its weight and volume. About Australia wide Deliveries: All our products are shipped from our facilities in NSW, Australia. We use a range of carriers, depending on your location and date of order (mainly Australia Post, Couriers Please and Aramex).
-Australia Post and Aramex make one attempt to deliver the parcel. If you are not at home and the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, then you can pick up the parcel from a collection point (your nearest Post office or Aramex local designated collection point).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES:
Apart from Australia, we only ship orders to New Zealand and the United States. International shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout and it depends on weight, volume and destination.
