Pasta Jesce Paccheri is a large tube shaped Italian pasta with a generous surface and hollow centre, perfect for holding rich sauces and baked preparations. Its bold shape makes it ideal for seafood sauces, slow cooked ragù, tomato based sauces, creamy fillings and oven baked pasta dishes.
Made in Altamura, Pasta Jesce follows traditional pasta making methods designed to give the pasta a rougher texture and excellent sauce hold. The result is a satisfying Southern Italian pasta shape suited to hearty, full flavoured recipes.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with seafood and tomato sauce, slow cooked beef or pork ragù, creamy mushroom sauces, or baked with ricotta, mozzarella and tomato. Paccheri can also be stuffed and finished in the oven for a generous Italian style pasta dish.

Pasta Jesce durum wheat semolina pasta is made in Altamura, Apulia, in the South of Italy. This area, also known as La Puglia, is where the company was founded as a small pasta maker and became an international business as it is nowadays.
Pasta Jesce is strongly tied to La Puglia territory, its flavours and its history. They ensure that the pasta is made following the artisanal methods and all the ingredients and wheats have a local territorial imprint and are 100% from Italy.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES FOR AUSTRALIA WIDE ORDERS:
Gourmet World Foods uses Australia Post, Couriers Please and Aramex delivery service. The minimum shipping cost for a standard delivery service is $10.60. The average shipping cost for a Large Parcel Box is $20.05. The exact cost depends on the order destination as well as its weight and volume. The shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout and the different costs per service options are also shown at checkout to be selected before payment (Standard or Express Service).
About Australia wide Deliveries: All our products are shipped from our facilities in NSW, Australia. We use a range of carriers, depending on your location and date of order (mainly Australia Post, Couriers Please and Aramex).
-Australia Post and Aramex make one attempt to deliver the parcel. If you are not at home and the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, then you can pick up the parcel from a collection point (your nearest Post office or Aramex local designated collection point).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES:
Apart from Australia, we only ship orders to New Zealand and the United States. International shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout and it depends on weight, volume and destination.
