Mini Pizza Bites
INGREDIENTS:
-3 tbsp (45 ml) Tomato sauce with Basil
-1/4 cup (60ml) Shredded Mozzarella
-Mini pepperoni slices
Directions:
1. Spread Tomato Sauce over crackers.
2. Place pepperoni over sauce. Sprinkle with cheese.
3. Place on baking sheet. Broil on high for 1 minute until melted.

Peanut Butter & Blueberries Bites
INGREDIENTS:
-Peanut Butter (or Peanut butter & Hemp as an alternative).
-Fresh or preserved blueberries
Directions:
1. Spread Peanut Butter over crackers.
2. Add 2 or 3 Blueberries on top.
3. Done! You've got an easy afternoon snack.

Pumpernickel Bread with Cheese and Pesto
INGREDIENTS:
-Colavita Green Pesto Jar 135g
-Cheese slices (choose your fave)
-1 Handful of Cherry tomatoes
-1 Handful of Basil

Directions:
1. Spread Peanut Butter over crackers.
2. Add 2 or 3 Blueberries on top.
3. Done! You've got an easy afternoon snack.

Tomato Mozzarella Bites
INGREDIENTS:
-Breton Gluten Free Herb & Garlic Crackers (View crackers here)
-Gourmet Tomatoes
-Mozzarella
-Acorsa Pitted Black Olives
-Handful of Basil
Directions:
1. Slice tomatoes, mozzarella and pitted black olives into rounds.
2. Use the sliced tomatoes as a base and place them on an oven-proof tray with mozzarella on top. Melt cheese under the broiler and then transfer onto crackers using a spatula.
3. Top with the black olives and basil, and voilà!
Tip: Add some sticky balsamic vinegar on top

Chilli Jam and Cheese Cream Dip with Crudites
INGREDIENTS:
-Mrs Bridges Chilli Jam
-180g your fave Cream Cheese
-2 tbsp. fresh Coriander
-Selection of crudities as preferred e.g. carrots, cucumber, peppers, celery, cauliflower florets.
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, Mrs Bridges Chilli Jam and fresh coriander.
2. Serve with a selection of your favourite crudites and crackers.
3. Quick and easy! You've got one of the healthiest nibble platters.

A Colourful Cheese Board
INGREDIENTS:
-Breton Multigrain Crackers (View crackers here)
-4 different types of Cheese: Manchego / Blue Cheese / Goat Cheese / Mt Tam
-Mix of Fresh fruit: 1 cup of grapes, strawberries, blackberries,  apricots, cherries.
-Mix of Nuts: 1 cup of Walnuts and Marcona Almonds.
-Your fave Jam or Fruit preserve (we like Fig preserve or Strawberry jam).
-Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions:
1. Take a cracker and add some drops of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Choose your cheese and put it on top of your cracker.
2. Add some jam or fruit preserve on top of the cheese.
3. Buen provecho! Repeat and change your combination of cheese, fruits and toppings!
