Pfanni Rösti is a classic Swiss style grated potato preparation made from 93% blanched German potatoes, seasoned with onions, yeast extract and a gentle smoke aroma. Crisp and golden on the outside with a soft, tender interior, it delivers the satisfying texture and hearty character of a traditional hand crafted Rösti in minutes.
Serving Suggestions: Pan fry into a large golden disc and serve alongside fried eggs, smoked salmon or sour cream for a classic Swiss style breakfast or brunch. It also works beautifully as a side to grilled meats, sausages and roasted vegetables, or topped with soft cheese and chives for an elegant starter.

Preparation: Tear open the bag at the side marking and loosen the contents by gently kneading. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a coated frying pan. Spread the contents evenly in the pan and fry over medium heat for approximately 3 minutes without turning. Shape into a Rösti disc from the edge of the pan and continue frying over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes. Turn the Rösti using a plate if needed and fry for a further 5 to 6 minutes until golden brown. Tip: only turn once a golden crust has formed at the edge.
Ingredients: Potatoes (93%), rapeseed oil, onions, starch, salt, flavouring, smoke flavouring, emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), yeast extract, spices.
May contain traces of gluten, milk, egg, celery and mustard.

Gourmet World Foods uses Australia Post, Couriers Please and Aramex delivery service. The minimum shipping cost for a standard delivery service is $10.60. The average shipping cost for a Large Parcel Box is $20.05. The exact cost depends on the order destination as well as its weight and volume. The shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout and the different costs per service options are also shown at checkout to be selected before payment (Standard or Express Service).
About Australia wide Deliveries: All our products are shipped from our facilities in NSW, Australia. We use a range of carriers, depending on your location and date of order (mainly Australia Post, Couriers Please and Aramex).
-Australia Post and Aramex make one attempt to deliver the parcel. If you are not at home and the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, then you can pick up the parcel from a collection point (your nearest Post office or Aramex local designated collection point).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES:
Apart from Australia, we only ship orders to New Zealand and the United States. International shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout and it depends on weight, volume and destination.
