Knorr Hollandaise Sauce Mix brings the rich flavour of a classic French sauce to your table.
A classic French butter sauce enhanced with lemon. Traditionally served with salmon, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, artichokes and used for Eggs Benedict.
- Dry Sauce easy to use: Stovetop: 1. Whisk sauce mix and 1 cup milk in small saucepan. Add 1/4 cup margarine or butter. 2. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. 3. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 1 minute.
- Water can be added instead of the milk and the taste both ways is amazing.

Ingredients:
Corn starch, maltodextrin, salt, monosodium glutamate, canola oil, modified milk ingredients, citric acid, yeast extract, guar gum, spices, colour, concentrated lemon oil, modified corn starch, disodium guanylate, disodium inosinate, tocopherols and sulphites.

Gourmet World Foods uses Australia Post, Couriers Please and Aramex delivery service. The minimum shipping cost for a standard delivery service is $10.60. The average shipping cost for a Large Parcel Box is $20.05. The exact cost depends on the order destination as well as its weight and volume. The shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout and the different costs per service options are also shown at checkout to be selected before payment (Standard or Express Service).
About Australia wide Deliveries: All our products are shipped from our facilities in NSW, Australia. We use a range of carriers, depending on your location and date of order (mainly Australia Post, Couriers Please and Aramex).
-Australia Post and Aramex make one attempt to deliver the parcel. If you are not at home and the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, then you can pick up the parcel from a collection point (your nearest Post office or Aramex local designated collection point).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES:
Apart from Australia, we only ship orders to New Zealand and the United States. International shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout and it depends on weight, volume and destination.
