The most traditional of English puddings are made at Tiptree from the highest quality ingredients, including French brandy and thick cut 'Tawny' Orange Marmalade.
Each pudding is hand filled in a 'Tiptree' ceramic basin, covered with a tie-on cloth and cellophane wrapped before being placed in a rigid box ready for steaming or microwave cooking.
Tiptree Christmas puddings will taste better if steamed, be careful not to over-cook if you choose to use a microwave oven.
All Tiptree Christmas Puddings are made in a nut-free factory and from 2019, the recipe is also free from Palm Oil.
Tiptree Christmas Pudding 112g Heating Instructions:
HEATING INSTRUCTION: This pudding is cooked and requires heating only. STEAMING: For best result, remove packaging and steam in the basin for approximately 30 minutes. Take care that water does not enter the pudding. MICROWAVE: Remove outer packaging and pierce film. Based on an 850W oven, microwave on full power for 45 seconds. Microwave ovens may vary, please refer to your microwave instruction book.

Vine Fruits (28%) (Sultanas, Currants, Raisins), Sugar, Cider, Breadcrumbs (Wheat flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Salt, Yeast), Citrus Peel (Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Sugar, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid), Whole Eggs, 'Tawny' Orange Marmalade (Sugar, Seville Oranges), Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Brandy, Rapeseed Oil, Mixed Spice, Salt.

Gourmet World Foods uses Australia Post, Couriers Please and Aramex delivery service. The minimum shipping cost for a standard delivery service is $10.60. The average shipping cost for a Large Parcel Box is $20.05. The exact cost depends on the order destination as well as its weight and volume. The shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout and the different costs per service options are also shown at checkout to be selected before payment (Standard or Express Service).
About Australia wide Deliveries: All our products are shipped from our facilities in NSW, Australia. We use a range of carriers, depending on your location and date of order (mainly Australia Post, Couriers Please and Aramex).
-Australia Post and Aramex make one attempt to deliver the parcel. If you are not at home and the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, then you can pick up the parcel from a collection point (your nearest Post office or Aramex local designated collection point).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES:
Apart from Australia, we only ship orders to New Zealand and the United States. International shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout and it depends on weight, volume and destination.
