For orders under $150, Gourmet World Foods uses Australia Post and Aramex delivery services. The minimum shipping cost for a standard delivery service is $8.95. The average shipping cost for a Large Parcel Box is $18.50. The exact cost depends on the order destination as well as its weight and volume. The shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout and the different costs per service options are also shown at checkout to be selected before payment (Standard or Express Service).
For orders over $150, shipping is free throughout Australia.
About Australia wide Deliveries:
-All our products are shipped from our facilities in NSW, Australia. We use a range of carriers, depending on your location and date of order (mainly Australia Post and Aramex).
-Australia Post and Aramex make one attempt to deliver the parcel. If you are not at home and the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, then you can pick up the parcel from a collection point (your nearest Post office or Aramex local designated collection point). 

Gourmet World offers Free Local Deliveries: We consider local deliveries all locations based within a radius of 10Km from our facilities in Rockdale, NSW. No minimum order is required for Local Deliveries.
You will see the Free Local Delivery option automatically at checkout. If you can't see this option, then your location is out of Gourmet World local delivery area.

Returns and Refunds

We are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with the quality of our products. We will provide a return/refund policy for any damaged items. Any claims of a damaged item must be placed within 14 days of the order being received. Once we have received a claim, the item can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. We will replace or refund the cost of any product(s) if:
-The products are received in a damaged or broken state,
-The product is out of date
In case you have received a damaged or out of date item, you will be requested to send some photos for prior revision. Once your photos have been reviewed and we have stated that the items are damaged or out of date, we will accept a return and the shipping return cost will be at Gourmet World expense. Alternatively, at our sole discretion, we can directly refund the purchased items.

In case you change your mind and want to return the item after delivery, please, contact us at within 48 hours explaining the reasons why you are not satisfied with our products and we will refund your purchase.
Once we have accepted the return and refund, in order to proceed with the refund, the products must be sent back to our facilities in NSW in the same condition that they were received.
If you do wish to exchange an item, we can send you another item once we have received the original item back at our warehouse in its original unopened condition.
Please note that any additional costs, such as shipping return cost, for a change of mind return or a product exchange, will be at the customer's expense.
