This is a bold Italian pasta shape for dishes with real presence, from baked stuffed shells to rich tomato, béchamel and cheese based recipes. It is especially suited to recipes where the pasta becomes the centre of the plate rather than just the base for a sauce.
Serving Suggestions:
Fill with ricotta and spinach, minced meat, mushrooms, roasted vegetables or seafood, then bake with tomato sauce, béchamel, mozzarella or parmesan. About Australia wide Deliveries: All our products are shipped from our facilities in NSW, Australia. We use a range of carriers, depending on your location and date of order (mainly Australia Post, Couriers Please and Aramex).
-Australia Post and Aramex make one attempt to deliver the parcel. If you are not at home and the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, then you can pick up the parcel from a collection point (your nearest Post office or Aramex local designated collection point).
