Pfanni Potato Dumplings Half & Half Mix is a classic German dry dough mix for preparing 12 soft potato dumplings at home. Made from a traditional half and half combination of blanched and cooked potatoes, it brings proper German comfort food to roast dinners, hearty sauces and family meals.
The loose mix format lets you shape the dumplings yourself, giving you the familiar homemade style of Kartoffelknödel without starting from raw potatoes.
Serving Suggestions: Serve with roast pork, beef rouladen, duck, goulash, game, mushroom sauce or rich gravies. Pair with red cabbage, sauerkraut, caramelised onions or roasted vegetables for a classic German style meal.

Cooking Instructions:
Stir the full pack into 750ml cold water with a whisk and leave the dough to rest for 10 minutes. With damp hands, shape into 12 dumplings. Place into plenty of boiling salted water, bring briefly back to the boil, then reduce the heat and leave to cook gently for 20 minutes without further boiling.

Potatoes 63%, starch, table salt, flavourings, raising agent: sodium carbonates, onion powder, palm oil, pea starch, stabiliser: ascorbic acid, turmeric.
May contain wheat, rye, barley, oats, egg and milk.

Gourmet World Foods uses Australia Post, Couriers Please and Aramex delivery service. The minimum shipping cost for a standard delivery service is $10.60. The average shipping cost for a Large Parcel Box is $20.05. The exact cost depends on the order destination as well as its weight and volume. The shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout and the different costs per service options are also shown at checkout to be selected before payment (Standard or Express Service).
About Australia wide Deliveries: All our products are shipped from our facilities in NSW, Australia. We use a range of carriers, depending on your location and date of order (mainly Australia Post, Couriers Please and Aramex).
-Australia Post and Aramex make one attempt to deliver the parcel. If you are not at home and the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, then you can pick up the parcel from a collection point (your nearest Post office or Aramex local designated collection point).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES:
Apart from Australia, we only ship orders to New Zealand and the United States. International shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout and it depends on weight, volume and destination.
