Add contents of package (100g) and 400ml of water into saucepan and heat on low covered stirring occasionally for 4 minutes, remove lid and cook for a further minute stirring occasionally or until soft.
Add your own vegetables, try onion, eggplant, carrot, celery and or mushrooms. For a pasta sauce add passata (tomato sauce) or tinned tomatoes to desired consistency.
