Rosella Jam is an Australian traditional favourite made by Queensland's artisan producer Bunny Chow Down. This is a tart with a hint of sweetness and a light chilli flavour.
Rosella fruit comes from the rosella plant, or Hibiscus sabdariffa, which is ruby red with a deliciously tart flavour. These days it is very hard to find, although It’s traditionally considered a wild grown food. Rosella plant produces abundant fruits and beautiful flowers.
Rosella jam is rich in vitamin C and antioxidants so is a wonderful food to include in your diet.

About Australia wide Deliveries: All our products are shipped from our facilities in NSW, Australia. We use a range of carriers, depending on your location and date of order (mainly Australia Post, Couriers Please and Aramex).
-Australia Post and Aramex make one attempt to deliver the parcel. If you are not at home and the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, then you can pick up the parcel from a collection point (your nearest Post office or Aramex local designated collection point).
