Schwartau Redcurrant Jelly is a smooth German fruit jelly with a bright ruby colour and a clean sweet tart flavour. Its finely set texture and naturally sharp redcurrant character make it a versatile preserve for breakfast, baking and traditional European savoury pairings.
The redcurrants are sourced mainly from Germany, with additional fruit from Poland, giving this classic jelly a distinctly European fruit profile.
Serving Suggestions: Spread over toast, croissants, scones or brioche, or serve with roast lamb, game, pâté, terrines and mature cheeses. It also works beautifully in sponge cakes, tartlets, biscuits, glazes and pan sauces where a sharp fruit note is needed.

About Australia wide Deliveries: All our products are shipped from our facilities in NSW, Australia. We use a range of carriers, depending on your location and date of order (mainly Australia Post, Couriers Please and Aramex).
-Australia Post and Aramex make one attempt to deliver the parcel. If you are not at home and the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, then you can pick up the parcel from a collection point (your nearest Post office or Aramex local designated collection point).Â
